moodswing

I felt like crying with all those things I've seen .. oh my gosh i must not be reacting this way,,, There's really something wrong with me now,,With this emotions i am feeling right now.. I'm irritated, envious, regret, but the most dominant feeling right now was sadness.. I felt depressed on something,, on everything i don't know why!

Can someone else do something to change this?? haizt!!! :'(
