2ND DAY (ADVENTURE)
TONG IL MUDO (martial arts) HAAA! the instructor taught us the basic of self defense using martial arts. He said "THE FIRST THING YOU MUST DO IN THE MORNING IS TO EXERCISE EVEN IF YOUR HUNGRY" i think must live it by heart so that i could lose weight (my long long DREAMMMM)

then walkaton to the swimming pool it was really a great experience :D
